Fireworks Night In Essex!

It’s that time of year again when the bonfires begin to rage and we get to enjoy the beautiful sights of fireworks from numerous public events in and around Essex; and what could be better on a cold, crisp night in Essex than looking up to the stars to enjoy the bright lights and the big bangs. If you’re a guest here at the Marygreen Manor, then you’ll be pleased to know there are some pretty fantastic events just around the corner. It’s safe to say when you’re staying at the Marygreen Manor, you’re in the midst of it all.

First up, we have the awesome Billericay Fireworks. This annual event is a firm favourite with local residents, organised by the Billericay Round Table each and every year. Situated in the stunning surroundings of Lake Meadows Park, it attracts around 20,000 from Essex and beyond. This event is ideal for all the family as it offers amazing entertainment such as bonfires and fair ground rides as well as delicious food and even mulled wine and cider for the adults. Billericay fireworks offer not one but two fantastic fireworks displays too including a kids display and an adults display. It’s not taking place until the 5th of November, which means you still have the chance to grab a great deal with early bird tickets! So what are you waiting for?

If you’re looking for something a little closer however, then we suggest you check out the amazing Brentwood Fireworks. This firework spectacular takes place on the 29th October so only a few days away. It’s held at the Brentwood Centre, just a few minutes drives from the Marygreen Manor and as the nights are beginning to draw in, the event opens at 3pm which gives you all plenty of time to enjoy the funfair before the fireworks kick off. With two fireworks displays of it’s own, along with a bar and food stalls, you’d be mad to miss it. It’s also an affordable night out with tickets bought in advance for just £5.
