A Summer Cocktail To Try At Home

Captain Jack

Makes 1 Serving











  • 50ml Malibu
  • 20ml Bacardi
  • 125ml Pineapple Juice
  • 125ml Orange and Passion Fruit J20
  • 2 Table Spoons of Cranberry Juice


  • Apple
  • Orange
  • 6 Strawberries
  • Crushed Ice
  • 2 Straws
  • 1 cocktail stick


Add the Malibu, Bacardi, Pineapple Juice, Orange Passion J20 and Cranberry Juice into a cocktail shaker and shake until entirely mixed. To make foam pour the mixture into a large bowl and use a hand held electric whisk. Pour the mixture into a glass and add ice.


Take 4 of the strawberries, take off the stalks and cut vertically. Place the strawberry slices in the glass to decorate using layers of crushed ice to hold the slices in place. Make a vertical incision in the remaining 2 strawberries and place on the rim of the glass. Vertically slice the orange, take one of the middle slices and cut into 4 segments. Use one of the segments to decorate the glass. Cut the apple in half and with the inside of the apple facing downwards on the chopping board cut the apple into thin slices. It is important to keep the slices together. Once sliced put a cocktail stick through the bottom and separate. Place the sliced apple on top of the glass. Adjust the fruit decoration until you are happy with the result and most importantly experiment and have fun!
